Town History

At Gustitis Law, we’re proud to serve the residents of the Greater Bryan-College Station Area—a region deeply rooted in Texas history and progress. Bryan, originally settled in the 1800s, gained early prominence as a railroad hub and cotton market, named after William Joel Bryan, a relative of Stephen F. Austin. Just to the southeast, College Station emerged in the late 19th century, built around the establishment of Texas A&M University in 1876. Together, these twin cities have grown into a dynamic, culturally rich metro area often referred to as "Aggieland." The combination of Bryan’s historic charm and College Station’s academic energy creates a unique environment where tradition and innovation coexist. We feel privileged to provide legal services to such a historically significant and forward-looking community. Whether helping clients navigate criminal defense or offering professional counsel, our commitment is deeply tied to the legacy of this region. From the early settlers to today’s thriving residents, we’re honored to be part of the community’s ongoing story.

Area Sports

Living and working in the Bryan-College Station area means being immersed in one of the most passionate sports cultures in the country. Texas A&M University’s athletics programs, especially Aggie football, are more than just weekend events—they’re a cornerstone of local identity. Saturdays at Kyle Field bring together thousands of fans in maroon and white, creating an electric atmosphere that extends far beyond campus. At Gustitis Law, we value this sense of unity and pride that Aggie sports inspire throughout the region. Whether it's basketball, baseball, or track, each athletic event showcases the spirit of competition and camaraderie that defines our local culture. Many of our clients and neighbors are current or former students, athletes, or supporters, and we’re proud to share in that connection. We understand how much these traditions mean to our community, and we reflect that same dedication and teamwork in the legal services we provide.
